Dungeon Residential Camps, Somewhere, Saturday
And then the pathways slammed shut.
Oh, not all of them. Most of them simply rearranged themselves. But whatever had connected each camp to another had been violently stripped away. They were alone now, and they were easy prey. At least the winds had settled down...
The maze had grown more erratic, however. Instead of speeding up time for all, it was now slowing it down at random in different places. Anyone caught in a sudden bubble of it would find themselves slowing down compared to the rest of the world. Awkward.

Re: Camp Two - Fireplace
And, you know, arrows. He really wasn't a fan of arrows.
"There!" he said, trying to smile reassuringly at Dinah. "See? Made it back just fine."
Just don't ask him to go anywhere else, today.

Re: Camp Two - Fireplace
He wasn't dead yet. He was already impressed with himself.
Re: Camp Two - Fireplace
"I'm gonna rip part of the blanket here. So I can ease off around the arrow. That okay?" she asked, kneeling next to him.

"I'm good," he said again. "It's okay. I'm good."
Reassuring Dinah kept his mind off of the whole "I got shot with arrows again" thing.

She darted off, finding a fork, and a knife, and then rushed back. "Okay, right. Um. Ripping out a seam? Or two? On this jacket. Might be we can work it off from there."
Re: Camp Two - Fireplace
"Okay. Want me to help?" He held up his other hand, wiggling the fingers. "I think I can use this one."
Re: Camp Two - Fireplace
She took a breath, put one hand on his neck to steady herself, and started to saw at the top of the jacket. Sorry Priestly sorry sorry God don't let this hurt too much..
Re: Camp Two - Fireplace
The fork was awkward as hell, and he managed to jab himself in the armpit more often than not, but he managed to start pulling the seam open.
Re: Camp Two - Fireplace
She was so taking another First Aid course when she got home. Maybe a paramedic course, yeah, that would be good.
Re: Camp Two - Fireplace
"Okay" being a relative term.
"If you hold the, uh -- pinned bit still, I can probably get my other arm out, too."

"Nngghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" At least it was easier to strangle down a scream when your teeth were already clenched. He panted through his nose, gone white as a sheet. He really wanted to reassure Dinah, but, uh. That would take a moment, here.

Re: Camp Two - Fireplace
"D-don' do that again," he managed. "That sucked."
