Dungeon Residential Camps, Somewhere, Wednesday, Day One of Two

The first day had been eminently entertaining - but the Toymaker was already growing bored. He reached in and tweaked the strings of his tiny universe, adding subtle changes: speeding up time, moving hallways. One of the two might be more noticeable than the other, but he looked forward to seeing if Fandom's finest felt the time discrepancy.

He split this day in two. Bound the pathways of the first and second camps together. And sat back.

The maze changed. That was what it was built to do. Its denizens would just have to find ways to cope with it.

Camp Two - Corridors Out of Camp Two

Torches line these walls - thank god - but in the distance this corridor breaks into two, and then three. There are visible shadows in the distance, and sometimes, an unearthly rattling noise can be heard.

Stiles wasn't wandering too far away from camp (so chill out, Derek), but he was inspecting nearby corridors to see if anything had changed from yesterday.

Victor was still in boxers and a shirt he'd made out of a sack, but he was feeling more centered today than he had yesterday. He crept along the corridors to see what he could find, tensed with anticipation of a possible fight and going slow enough that anyone who wanted an exploring partner could join him.

Despite having left the last day, Emily was going out again; she wasn't cut to sit around. This time she hadn't bothered Atton -wouldn't want to push her luck- so she had decided to inspect on her own, or at least that was the idea until she caught up with Victor.

"Hey," Emily called quietly, trying not to startle him.

"Hey," Victor returned, stopping to lean against a wall until Emily caught up. He was trying to smile, but there were circles around his eyes. "Are you making out okay?"
